1. Kickoff call (45 minute meeting) - intro to your compensation specialist, review company metrics & goals.
2. Gather documents - List of employees, company metrics, any current bonus or profit sharing plans.
3. Design profit sharing plan - we will take your information and design the best profit sharing plan for you.
4. Plan review (60 minute meting) - Go over plan and any additional questions, review documents.

Employee Education & Training
1. Live company training (60 minute meeting) - intro to profit sharing plan & employee dashboard, Q&A
2. Company documents - we'll create and deliver to you and your team a handbook and one pager
3. Ongoing training - monthly meetings as needed and ad hoc A&A
