We started ShareWillow after seeing that millions of businesses were ready to start with incentive plans, but felt lost in the process. There weren’t any resources that helped companies design plans, and we wanted to change that.
We took all of our knowledge from years of building plans and condensed it into an all-in-one platform that lets teams do it themselves, without guessing their way through it (or hiring expensive consultants and attorneys). With industry-specific templates and playbooks, customizable rules, and employee-centric features, we’re proud to have helped dozens of businesses build plans that keep their teams motivated.
