Who You Are

We are seeking a senior product designer to own the end-to-end design process and lead the product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is a unique opportunity to join us on the ground floor and play a pivotal role in defining our product. You'll work directly as a strategic partner to our CEO and engineering team to bring the vision of ShareWillow to life as we become the leader and first category mover in profit sharing software. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the product design lifecycle from problem identification to launch.
  • Create software design solutions for strategic problems and visual details.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Drive customer-focused research and brainstorming sessions.
  • Address customer pain points, prototype, iterate, and launch solutions regularly to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Establish a data-driven product culture to enhance customer experience and metrics.
  • Develop cross-functional processes and frameworks that prioritize customer and business needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for both employers and employees.
  • Stay updated on tech trends, build business cases, and shape product strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in product design or related roles.
  • Minimum 5 years using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Invision.
  • 5+ years of expertise in visual and interaction design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • 5+ years of experience in research, workshop facilitation, agile methodologies, and data analysis.
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts, such as systems design and data architecture.
  • Experience in evaluating build-buy-partner decisions, especially in Payroll/HR.
  • Bonus if experienced in SaaS product life cycles, SMB markets, and product growth.
  • Proven ability to drive products from launch to scale, focusing on customer satisfaction.

The annual salary range for this position based in our New York City office is targeted at $140,000 to $205,000 per year, plus meaningful equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
