Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website sharewillow.com (the "Website"), operated by ShareWillow, Inc. ("ShareWillow," "we," "us," or "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Use License

d. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary, and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

Termination

ShareWillow may terminate your access to the Website, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to ShareWillow's Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
